Details

We are excited to announce that the 2023 Tri-University Conference, “Imagining a New History: Interventions in Historical Research” has been rescheduled. The new conference date is Saturday, March 25th, 2023, from 9am to 6pm. We hope to continue with the same schedule currently posted on the website, but this may change depending on panelists’ availability. We would like to invite you to register for the new date and location at this link!

Please note that we have had to reschedule the conference to a new location, the Balsillie School of International Affairs, located at 67 Erb St. W, Waterloo, ON N2L 6C2. A schedule with the new rooms/location will be sent out at a later time. Maps and parking will be updated as well.

We are thrilled that our planned keynote and performer, Dr. Omeasoo Wāhpāsiw and Kevin McKay, are able to join us again on this rescheduled date. Find out more about them here. We will also continue to hold a mingling event/jam session (catered) at the Huether Hotel in uptown Waterloo from 6pm to 8pm that all attendees and presenters are invited to attend.

We have had issues in the past with registration. Please ensure that you receive a confirmation email from Google Forms. If you do not, please try again or email ceramey@uwaterloo.ca.

All the best,
Tri-U Conference Committee 2023
