Professors von Massow and McAdams Tipping Research in the Globe & Mail

Getting rid of tipping may help improve restaurant culture. The School's tipping experts, Mike von Massow and Bruce McAdams, talk about results of their recent study that interviewed approximately 100 managers and servers on the topic. What they found was that tipping causes a number of challenges ranging from controlling the quality of service to rivalry among staff.
