The U of G Food Market is open! March Schedule

This March, the U of G Food Market is back with markets every Thursday afternoon from 12 - 3 pm. The market is open to anyone and everyone, with the goal of making healthy food as accessible as possible for all.

  • March 30th - Peter Clark Hall*

*All March markets will be held in the UC Courtyard except for the March 30th market, which will be held in Peter Clark Hall.

Heart Healthy BINGO Card: February 2023 Wellness Challenge

The Wellness@Work Programming Committee is challenging you to a new Heart Healthy BINGO game for February. 

Download the bingo card to participate in the Wellness@Work  BINGO challenge throughout the month of February.  Everyone who participates will be entered into a draw for a prize!   

All you need to do is print the bingo card and mark off squares as you complete them:

Over 600 Blood Donations through U of G's Partners for Life team in 2022! New goal set!

In 2022, U of G set a goal of 515 donations to Canadian Blood Services through the Partners for Life program. With the support of all U of G community members, we were able to contribute 603 blood donations! 

If you didn’t know, it can often take more than one donor to save a life and there is a large shortage of blood donations across Canada!

This Winter, join in a weekly yoga practice with the U of G Yoga and Meditation Collective

U of G Yoga and Meditation Collective's new WINTER semester Yoga Practice continues with some changes in programming. Let’s clear our minds with the breath, strengthen our bodies with movement, and ease into some beautiful Winter semester yoga poses.   

Everyone is welcome! No Experience is Required. Note: Try not to eat at least an hour before your yoga practice.
