UGSRP Forum 2012 - Q&A

The University of Guelph Sustainable Restaurant Project (UGSRP) and the School of Hospitality & Tourism Management (HTM, U of G) presented the 2nd annual UGSRP Forum on "Topics in Sustainability". The event took place on Wednesday, October 10th, 2012 at the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada.

HTM students Andria Baxter and Madison Hurst know the answer because they’ve done it. Their total? “Approximately 200 jars,” says Baxter.

Each Winter semester, the School invites a successful and prominent industry executive to campus to speak and meet with students. Roland Walton, President, Tim Hortons Canada and also a HAFA graduate is our Executive-in-Residence this semester.
