New Program Counsellors’ Assistant
The OAC Dean’s Office is pleased to welcome Ellen Clarkson as the new Program Counsellors’ Assistant. She began in the role on Thursday, December 5.
As the Program Counsellors’ Assistant, Clarkson acts as the first point of contact for the students in the Bachelor of Bio-Resource Management, Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences and Diploma in Turfgrass Management programs.
Clarkson recently completed her Master of Social Work in June 2019 from Wilfred Laurier University. She has held several positions over the last five years at organizations such as Hopewell Children’s Homes, Homewood Health Centre and the City of Kitchener. She received her B.A. in psychology from the University of Guelph in 2014.
Students, or other clients of the program counselling office, should contact Clarkson for general inquiries, to book appointments with the Program Counsellors (see below) or who require help wayfinding the various offices and services available to students.
