Statistics Support Services
The Ontario Agricultural College Dean's Office provides the following statistics support services for OAC faculty, graduate students, staff and researchers:

These services are provided by Michelle Edwards, OAC Statistics Consultant. Michelle now supports the use of statistics for experimentation in teaching and research programs across OAC. She consults with individual graduate students, research staff and faculty members to provide advice on statistics and experimental design and assists them in understanding and analyzing their data. She also facilitates and delivers workshops and training sessions on a variety of statistical topics. Additionally, you can find supplemental online resources here.

Background
Michelle Edwards has over 20 years of experience as a data analyst, data librarian, statistician, and leader at the University of Guelph Branch Research Data Centre and Cornell University. Her background includes a PhD and post doc from the Department of Animal Biosciences at the University of Guelph. She has been working with students, faculty and researchers with their experimental designs and statistics for many years. More recently, she was also an integral part of the DDI (Data Documentation Initiative) standard development team, bringing metadata standards into the research data world.
