The first Speaker Series of 2013-2014 will feature Dr. Max Pensky from Binghamton University, co-sponsored by the Guelph Political Philosophy Conference. Dr. Pensky's discussion is titled "Is Anyone Accountable? Questioning Democratic Accountability in Global Governance Institutions".
