Ontario Beef Research Centre Open House

The University of Guelph and the Beef Farmers of Ontario invite you to join us on Friday, Sept. 27, 2019 for an open house at the newly opened Ontario Beef Research Centre in Elora. The Ontario Beef Research Centre is owned by the Government of Ontario and managed by the University of Guelph through the Ontario Agri-Food Innovation Alliance. Guests will have the opportunity to tour one of the most sophisticated beef research facilities in the country and meet researchers driving the beef sector into the future with innovative and sustainable new solutions.

Alumni Association Careers and Cocktails

Join the OAC Alumni Association and the Student Federation of the OAC (SFOAC) for an informal evening of networking between OAC alumni and current students. Ontario Pest Mangement Conference 2019

Research presented at the OPMC will focus on all aspects of pest management associated with plant, animal and human health. The theme of this year’s conference is “IPM in Action – Success Stories”. More information on the 2019 OPMC can be found on their website. 

The Royal Educators' Symposium: Taking a Bite into the Food Industry

Learn about the multitude of diverse careers in the innovative food sector while engaging with students, recent grads, and industry professionals. Registration includes access to the show floor and lunch.  10:00 a.m. Registration Guest post-seondary instutions will have booths to visit during registration.
