New Senior Manager, Shared IT Services

The OAC’s Dean’s Office is pleased to announce Ann Cesar as the Senior Manager, Shared IT Services. Ann will begin in this new role on July 3rd, 2023. 

In this role, Ann will support IT services throughout OAC, including both the Guelph and Ridgetown Campus. She will also support U of G’s College of Arts IT needs. 

“Ann has a deep understanding of university operations and advanced project management skills, which include building high-performing teams and generating outcomes using agile methodology,” says Tina Goebel, Associate Director, Finance & Operations at OAC. “Her experience in change management and leveraging technologies will be valuable to OAC, Ridgetown Campus and the College of Arts.” 

Prior to joining OAC, Ann worked in a variety of project management and IT-related roles across U of G, including roles in CCS, Institutional Research and Planning and most recently as the project manager for the HR management system. She joined the University of Guelph as an analyst in CCS in 2006.
