New Communications and Events Coordinator Announced

The OAC Dean’s Office is pleased to announce Jordan Terpstra as the new Communications and Events Coordinator.

In this new role, Jordan will support OAC’s strategic initiatives through a variety of internal and external communication projects and events. He will work collaboratively with a variety of contacts across the College and University and play a key support role in maintaining and enhancing communication with OAC’s various stakeholders.

In May, Jordan completed a year-long communications internship with the Dean’s Office. His past experience includes management of the college’s social media platforms, event management and support, content development and website management.

He is graduate of OAC’s Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology program and has past work experience with University of Guelph’s Admission Services and OAC’s Student Liaison Program. Jordan is also chairperson of the Ontarion Student Newspaper Board of Directors.
