Meet Tatijana, BLA Student

Tatijana felt drawn in by the campus atmosphere and the sense of community she experienced while visiting the University of Guelph as a high schooler. Having wrapped up her third year in the Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) program, she reflects on her love for studying built environments and the way in which well-designed environments impact human livelihood. In the future, she plans to use her talents and knowledge to enrich the living spaces of local and global vulnerable communities, as a fully licensed landscape architect.

Meet Marika, environment and resource management student

Marika Bowrin is in her second year of the Bachelor of Science program, majoring in Environmental Science – Environment and Resource Management. She grew up in a small country in the West Indies, and aims to center her career around renewable energy resources.

Meet Madison Pawsey, Veterinary Technology Diploma Student

Madison Pawsey attends the University of Guelph, Ridgetown Campus and is working toward getting an associate diploma in veterinary technology. The pace of life in Ridgetown is perfect for Madison, who transitioned there from a larger city. She enjoys learning about livestock animals in her program and hopes to work in a mixed or large animal practice in the future.
