Communicating with Power - Mastering Communication Habits for More Impact & Influence for Women
In this women-only workshop, participants will:

Identify common undermining speech habits that can weaken perceived authority

Explore the challenges of the “Likeability-Competence Double Bind” and how it uniquely impacts the way women leaders are evaluated
- Learn skills and strategies for navigating the likeability-competence biased evaluations of women leaders

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and community-based organizations, Lisa is an ICF credentialed leadership coach, organizational effectiveness professional, and experienced workshop facilitator who works with individuals, teams and organizations to maximize their health and potential.
