Details

When we’re hooked by praise and criticism, it can gently pull us into playing it safe—quieting our voices, softening our boundaries, and stepping back from visibility and meaningful action. Grounded in the work of Tara Mohr, author of Playing Big, this workshop offers practical tools to help you show up more fully and move forward with greater confidence toward the goals that matter most to you.

This International Women's Month, join this women-only workshop to:

  • discover how dependence on praise and fear of criticism restricts confidence, actions, and authentic self-expression
  • apply practical tools to make decisions and communicate from a place rooted in values and vision rather than seeking external approval, while taking purposeful action toward the most important goals
  • practice responding to feedback with greater steadiness and self-trust
  • identify ways to show up more fully and authentically, especially in moments of visibility or evaluation
