Audience: Neurodivergent Employees & Leaders

Forget everything you've been told about willpower, hustle, and "just trying harder." For people with ADHD—especially those wired for creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship—discipline is not the problem. Design is. In this engaging and practical workshop, you’ll learn how to stop forcing yourself to fit into systems that don’t work, and start designing environments that actually support how your brain functions best. We’ll explore 5 design strategies that make starting easier, focus feel doable, and follow-through more joyful. While this session is designed for adults with ADHD, anyone struggling with overwhelm or traditional productivity advice is welcome.

Learning Objectives:

  • Reframe productivity struggles as design problems—not personal failures
  • Use simple design strategies and questions to rethink anything that feels hard
  • Identify 1–2 small changes you can experiment with right away
