Verne Harrison

I am the Gallery Coordinator at the Macdonald Stewart Art Centre.  The MSAC is a public art gallery and I look after the art collections of both the Art Centre and the University of Guelph.  Many of the artworks in the U of G collections are on display in various buildings throughout the campus but there are also many important and valuable artworks that are kept in storage at the MSAC.  There are well over 7,000 artworks in the combined collections.  I also prepare and mount all of the exhibits that take place at the MSAC.   We are all employees of the University at the gallery and as of March of this year (2012) I have been with the Art Centre and the University for 20 years.
