Mary Fowler

I am the Manager of the Campus Animal Facilities, where I have the privilege of working with some of the most fantastic people on campus. My passions include a wide variety of outdoor activities including trail running, hiking, biking, kayaking, trail riding on my motocross bike, climbing and cross country skiing. In other words, almost anything outdoors! Since I was a little girl, watching climbers summit Everest, I have dreamed of visiting the Himalaya mountains. In a very short time, my dream will come true. Albeit I will not be walking towards the base of Everest, that may have to wait. But on clear days, from the dairy farming area south of Kathmandu, I should be able to see those majestic peaks.
