This course is comprised of an asynchronous microlearning course with access starting November 4th, 2024 and a synchronous virtual session November 25, 2024 from 1 pm - 3 pm.
NEW Days is the kick-off to the NEW @ the U program at the University of Guelph. One day at the beginning of each month of the year (excluding January, April, July, August, and December) has been dedicated to welcoming and connecting new employees to the University environment and giving them a positive start.
This session will go through how to create accessible documents using Word and PowerPoint and saving them as accessible PDF files. Please bring a laptop with MS 365 applications installed as the workshop will go through remediating Word and PowerPoint documents to meet accessibility compliance.
