NEW Days is the kick-off to the NEW @ the U program at the University of Guelph. One day at the beginning of each month of the year (excluding January, April, July, August, and December) has been dedicated to welcoming and connecting new employees to the University environment and giving them a positive start.
Building Leadership Effectiveness is a 2 day program running, June 5 & 6th, 2025 from 9 am - 4 pm.
Introduction
Building Leadership Effectiveness (BLE) encourages leaders to develop practices that transform values into action, vision into realities, obstacles into innovations, and risks into rewards. Participants will be introduced to the five practices of exemplary leadership: modeling the way, inspiring a shared vision, challenging the process, enabling others to act, and encouraging the heart.
