Do you ever find yourself holding back—waiting for external praise, worrying about how you’ll be perceived, or minimizing your presence in the room? These “hiding strategies” and patterns of seeking validation can quietly limit your leadership, confidence, and impact. This workshop will build on the Women at Work and Wellness lunch series and provide a strong foundation for women who want to move beyond the patterns that keep them from fully stepping into their potential.
Developed by Living Works, ASIST is a two-day interactive workshop that teaches participants to recognize when someone may have thoughts of suicide and work with them to create a plan that will support their immediate safety.
Negative behaviour can dampen any conversation and can spin a web of negativity around any activity. This session will review some helpful strategies to assist with recognizing some common negative behaviours and how to effectively communicate when negativity is present.
