Training on Ergonomics and MSD Hazards and Controls
Occupational Health and Wellness (OHW) is available to provide departments with educational sessions on Ergonomics and MSDs Hazards and Controls. Training can be tailored to the specific work group.
Training will include the following topics:
- The signs and symptoms of MSD
- How to recognize and control MSD hazards
- How to prevent and remove the hazards by implementing proper ergonomics
- Information on the equipment, adjustments and procedures workers need to use or follow to reduce or eliminate their exposure to MSD hazards
