This session will explore how to engage critically in anti-oppression and anti-racism and provide frameworks for engaging in equitable and inclusive decision-making at the University. Anti-oppressive leadership involves both critical and practical examinations of individual, interpersonal, systemic, and cultural barriers to full participation for equity-deserving groups.
