P&M Flexible Spending Credits
The University will provides Flexible Spending Credits (Flex Credits) to all eligible professional and managerial (P&M) employees. Each eligible employee will be provided with flexible spending credits to allocate into one or more of three accounts: Professional Development Reimbursement (PDR), Health Care Spending Account (HCSA), Taxable Wellness Spending Account (TWSA).
