GOAL 2.0, our U of G customized, research-based performance success framework, was introduced three years ago, to support a work environment where employees feel valued and connected, are productive and experience a sense of well-being. Tools, training and various supports have been put in place to help managers and their team members engage in regular quality conversations. We want to know how its working and what can make it better!
