Homewood Health Update Regarding Telecommunications
Due to a significant increase in people working from home in recent days and using telecommunications more than usual, we have been alerted of congestion on the telecommuncation providers networks. As a result, callers may be experiencing difficulties reaching the Customer Service Centre for EFAP services. They may be a busy signal or message telling them their call can't go through. This situation is unrelated to the Homewood Health telephone system.
The following actions can be taken:
- Try calling using a different phone
- Call the call collect number 1-604-689-1717. This may incur phone charges
- try calling again at a later time
