T4 and T4A slip distribution for 2022 tax year

All T4 and T4A slips for the 2022 tax year will be mailed to individuals' current address on file no later than February 28. Please ensure your mailing address is up to date before 4:30 p.m. on February 15.

•    Active employees, including students currently on payroll: please update (if needed) through the Employee Self-Service portal.
•    Inactive employees and students: please update your current address on file (if needed) by contacting Human Resources at 519-824-4120, ext. 53374 or hr@uoguelph.ca.
